Touring in support of their ‘Dream Awake‘ EP – DEFECTS – have announced a headline show at Liverpool’s Kaz Stockroom on 12 December 2022.
Breathing fresh life into modern heavy metal, the five-piece make music packed full of viciously executed riffs with relentless earth-shaking grooves, all intertwined with melodic choruses drenched in soul and heartache.
DEFECTS is a new collaboration of seasoned young musicians who have spent the last 10 years collectively touring the world under different projects. Having spent years on the road alongside acts including Iron Maiden, Bring Me The Horizon, Disturbed and Bullet For My Valentine, the band have come together to deliver an innovative new sound that is truly special.
After releasing their debut single “Scapegoat” to a riotous reception in 2021, DEFECTS followed up the release with blazing new tracks “End of Days” and “Dream Awake” in 2022. They released their rave-received debut EP “Dream Awake” on 30 September – listen here.
With raucous performances at Download Festival, 2000 Trees and Bloodstock already under their belts this Summer, DEFECTS will be bringing their fiery live energy to more intimate surroundings in Liverpool this Autumn. Tickets are on sale on now, full details are below.
