Aiming to breathe fresh life into the rock genre by taking queues from greats of the past and driving it into an exciting new future, ‘The Overlook’ officially arrives this summer in the form of lead guitarist/producer Sam Hepworth, Bassist/Vocalist Charlie Anderson, Drummer Jay Donohue & Jack himself taking centre stage as Lyricist/Lead Vocalist. With a combination of influences ranging from Tom Petty and Led Zepplin to Black Keys & RHCP, brace yourselves for some serious Rock ‘n’ Roll.
The single serves as both a continuation of both style and substance of Jack’s last release “Devil Bar Blues“, and a peak of what’s to come – streaming on all platforms Friday 5th May.
They kickstart a busy few weeks this Saturday (29th April) when they play HMV Liverpool as part of the ‘Live & Local’ store gigs, followed up by their single launch party the week after. They then take the stage at the famous Zanzibar venue in Liverpool as part of Tiny Mammoths’s ‘Nevermind The Eurovision‘ event.
